So I took a break from riding today, spent the whole day at warwick castle with Mike. When I woke up I had breakfast and literally ate everything that was on display, and stole some fruit! Tomorrow I plan on doing the same =) then I met up with Mike near the castle and we went in together. We saw all the sites, including the rose garden, steam engine, peacock garden, birds of prey (felt bad for them), trebuchet, where we were winders!, the great hall, and did ghost and shakespeare tours, as well as being invited to a royal tea party. towards the end we watched the trebuchet launch a fireball. It was really good weather too! We came back to agincourt via st Nicholas park, then went to dinner in a pub called the roebuck which is the oldest public house in warwick ( it was also at this time that I realized where the word pub comes from) where an artist was painting murals of warwick on the walls. They were pretty but I wasn't liking the fumes! After a quick walk around the town at night we came back. Tomorrow is my last day in warwick, its off to stratford!
